Advisor Lead

About this role

Lead a team of Elite Scholars advisors. You onboard and coach new advisors, review the quality of advisory work, take the first look at complaints and keep your team active. You report to the Director every month. You may keep advising at your normal rate.

What we're looking for

Experience in academic or career advisory work. A record of quality, timely advisory sessions. Willing to sign a confidentiality undertaking covering client and team information.
