Contact Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and other contact details you provide when you contact us, apply, register, or complete forms.

Account Information: If you create an account, we may collect details such as your name, role, login identifiers, and security-related information.

Service and Learning Information: Information required to provide tutoring and educational support services (grade, subjects, curriculum, availability, session requests).

Payment Information: Transaction-related information. We do not store payment card details; payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.

Device Information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language preferences, and diagnostic data.

Practice Activity: When you use our practice packs, we record your answers, scores, hints and solutions opened, and how you worked through each question: the time spent, the number of tries, whether an answer was pasted in, and how often and for how long you left the practice page. We do not record your screen, camera, microphone or keystrokes.

To Provide and Improve Services: To respond to inquiries, create and manage accounts, match learners to tutors, and deliver sessions.

To Communicate with You: To send important service messages, confirmations, updates, reminders, and support responses.

To Maintain Safety and Security: To protect our users, prevent fraud, and maintain the integrity of our systems.

To Comply with Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests from authorities.

To Support Learning and Keep Scores Fair: We use practice activity to show you your progress and exam pacing, to help tutors see where you need support, and to check that scores are fair. Signs such as a pasted answer are reviewed by a person and never change your marks on their own, and they are never shown to other learners.

To Measure Our Campaigns: When you first arrive through one of our advertising or campaign links, a cookie (es_utm, kept for 90 days) remembers which campaign it was and the page you landed on. If you then sign up or buy a practice pack, we save that campaign label with your account or purchase, and we only ever report on it as totals per campaign, never by name.

Service Providers: Third-party service providers who help us operate the Website or Platform (hosting, analytics, messaging, payment processing). These providers are required to safeguard information.

Tutors and Service Participants: Where necessary to deliver services, we may share relevant information with tutors involved in a learner's tutoring journey.

Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect our rights, users, property, or safety, we may disclose information to regulators, courts, or law enforcement.

Practice Results: Your practice results and activity are visible only to you, to Elite Scholars staff who need them, to a tutor working with you, and to the parent or guardian who manages your account.

Referrals: If you sign up with a referral code, we store that code against your account so we can pay the person who referred you when you buy a practice pack. That person sees only a masked version of your name and surname (for example "T**** M*****") and whether you bought a pack. They never see your email, phone number, school, grade, scores or what you paid.

Access and Correction: You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you.

Deletion or Restriction: You may request deletion or restriction of processing in certain circumstances, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Practice Records: We keep practice records while your account is active and for 12 months after your last practice pack expires, then delete them or keep them only in a form that no longer identifies you.
