Tutor Lead

About this role

Lead a team of Elite Scholars tutors. You onboard and coach new tutors, take the first look at complaints and low ratings, cover when a tutor drops out and keep your team active. You report to the Director every month. You may keep tutoring at your normal rate.

What we're looking for

An active Elite Scholars tutor or equivalent tutoring experience. Strong ratings and a record of reliable sessions. Willing to sign a confidentiality undertaking covering learner and team information.
