Elite Scholars is a for-profit company and is not registered as a Public Benefit Organisation. Donations are not tax-deductible under Section 18A of the Income Tax Act.

Who you are paying.

  • Elite Scholars is a company, Elite Vision Holdings (Pty) Ltd. It is not a charity and not a registered Public Benefit Organisation.
  • A sponsorship is a purchase of our services for a learner. It is not tax-deductible under Section 18A.
  • A gift through our giving page is income to the company. For individuals, the first R150,000 you give away in a tax year is exempt from donations tax.
  • If a referral partner sent you here, they may earn a commission on what you pay.
  • We plan to set up a non-profit arm in 2027. We will say so here when it exists.
